What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

If you purchase 2 bottles or more, there is no delivery charge.  Otherwise there is a $5 delivery fee.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

If you live in Toronto and select delivery, you can pay with Cash or Debit/Credit when I arrive with your delivery.  For any orders that are shipped beyond Toronto, please use “Interac Transfer” as the payment method.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to do deliveries within 24 hours of order.  There are some flavours that we may be waiting on from our suppliers, and in that case the delivery may be delayed by an additional 24-48 hours.  We’ll communicate with you to coordinate the best delivery time that is the most convenient for you.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our shop is protected by 256bit SSL end-to-end encryption.  No payment information is stored on our website databases.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an email confirmation, and all order updates will be visible in your account page after ordering.
